In Studio Expectations/Policies

* Masks not required. Please do be mindful and if you feel you have any illness that may be contagious, please cancel your class. Contact the studio via email, text or call so we know that you are safe. In the event of illness or emergency, class passes will be credited to your account for future use. 

 

* Please give at least 2 hours notice for any cancellations whenever possible. In the event there is not a 2 hour notice and there is a wait list, the class pass will not be credited to your account. Except in rare instances, no financial refunds will be given. 

 

* All yoga is available from a secular or Christ based lens, please check class descriptions. 

 

* Single Class, Multiple Class Packages, Family Passes and Monthly Unlimited Passes will be available to purchase ahead of time HERE or show up for class 10 minutes early and we will be happy to help in studio. 

 

* All equipment will be provided, which will include, but may not be limited to, mats, blocks, straps, blankets, etc. Cost will not be impacted if you choose to use your own equipment.

 

* All equipment is sanitized after each session and stored in safe and sanitary conditions.  

 

* Individual, private group (closed to public) and Yoga Therapy offered upon request. Click on the links to the right for general information. Please contact Country Roots for more information if interested. 

 

* 10% discount for veterans, first responders (including mental health providers), teachers and church groups.
