Individual Sessions Gift Certificates

Individual sessions are 45 minutes consisting of discussing your unique goals, individualized instruction, and exercises or actions to do outside of the studio to support your goals. Any equipment in the studio may be utilized to support goals, including the Pilates Reformer. Date of first class attended is activation date.

8 Individual Session Package - valid for 90 days from date of first use
